Powder Activated Carbon

     It is a series of production processes that are refined by high-quality sawdust, coconut shell, and coal as raw materials. This product is a coal-based powdered activated carbon developed for waste incineration. The production process is completed by using a combination of the following steps: 1.) Carbonization: Carbonized materials are pyrolyzed in the absence of oxygen in the temperature range of 600-900 ℃ (usually in the presence of argon or nitrogen, etc.) In an inert atmosphere of gas) 2.) Activation/oxidation: Raw materials or carbonized materials are exposed to an oxidizing atmosphere (carbon monoxide, oxygen or steam) with a temperature higher than 250°C, usually in the temperature range of 600-1200°C. 3.) Pulverization: After activation, the activated carbon will be ground by a special grinder to have the characteristics of fast filtration speed, good adsorption performance, and strong decoloring ability. Mainly used for decolorization of maltose, sucrose, glucose, medicine and monosodium glutamate; also used by customers for municipal water treatment/environmental water treatment/industrial process/food and beverage/medical, etc.
