   First, the aluminum ash is pretreated. The water-soluble salt is removed by washing with water to reduce the consumption of hydrochloric acid. The aluminum ash after treatment contains about 30% of alumina. Then put the industrial hydrochloric acid and a certain amount of water into the reactor, stir, and heat with a water bath. Weigh 100 g of aluminum ash and gradually add it to the hydrochloric acid solution. Due to the violent reaction and large exothermic heat, it should be stirred continuously and water should be added at any time. The reaction time is controlled at 6 h to 12 h, the reaction temperature is 96 ℃, and a certain amount is added after the reaction. Dilute the material with a volume of water, adjust the pH to 3.5-4.5, and age for 15-24 h to obtain a liquid product.

  The reaction of hydrochloric acid and aluminum ash is:

  2Al + (6-n)HCl + nH20 = Al2(OH)nCl6-n + 3H2-

  NAl + (6-n)AlCl3 + 3nH20 = 3A12(OH)nCl6-n + 1.5nH2
