Since high-quality wood chips and coconut shells are used as raw materials, the columnar activated carbon produced has lower ash content, less impurities, gas phase adsorption value and CTC than the traditional coal columnar carbon.

Coal-pillared activated carbon has the advantages of developed void structure, large specific area, strong adsorption capacity, high mechanical strength, low bed resistance, good chemical stability, easy regeneration, and durability.

The pore size distribution of the product is reasonable, and the maximum adsorption and desorption can be achieved, thereby greatly improving the service life of the product (average 2-3 years), which is 1.4 times that of ordinary coal-based carbon.
